Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten bist am U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz. Bars, Restaurants und einen Rewe findest du direkt vor der Tür. Was ich am allermeisten an meiner Wohnung schätze, ist das du mittendrin bist; man sich aber auch gleichzeitig eine Pause von der Großstadt gönnen kann.
Nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, bist du zum Beispiel schon in der Linienstraße und Auguststraße; dort gibt es viele Galerien, Bars und Restaurants. Egal in welche Richtung du gehst, du wirst immer etwas neues und interessantes finden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal - es stehen dir alle denkbaren Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung. In zwei Minuten bist du am nächsten U-Bahnhof (Rosenthaler Platz). Gleich mehrere S-Bahn Stationen sind gleich um die Ecke (S-Bahnhof Oranienburgerstraße; Nordbahnhof; Hackescher Markt). Vom Flughafen Tegel brauchst du ungefähr 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus and tram is all in 1 minute walking distance.
