Location
The apartment located on the 9th floor is full of light and it is very cozy. It is full of new forniture and the whole apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen as you can see on the pictures has a perfect size and it is very well equipped. The bathroom is new as well and comes with a shower.The view from the balcony is really nice, you can enjoy Berlin from the 9th floor. The building is full of friendly and young people. Furthermore it is really nice and quiet.
Public transportation is not a problem, 2 bus lines pass in front of the building and the access to the S-bahn and the U-bahn are just 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
Two blocks away there is a Supermarket (REWE), a pharmacy, fast food restaurants, fresh fruit, etc.
If you walk a little longer (10 min) there is a mall (Potsdamer Platz Arkaden), 2 Cinemas, bigger restaurants and the very nice Sony Center.
