Furnished Apartment in city center

The apartment is 75 square meters, has two rooms - a 21 square meter bedroom with two windows and a 35 square meter big living room with 3 windows. There is a separate kitchen-room and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is fully furnished with quality furniture. It is my own apartment, not a business.

The house was build end of 19th century and completely renovated recently. It is in one of the famous streets of Berlin - Stephanstrasse - where historical buildings from late 19th and early 20th century were well preserved, making the neighborhood as the new alternative area of Berlin. There are nice cafes, bars and restaurants, galleries, bookstores and music schools just around the corner. A public library, three supermarkets and a fitness club are also in 100 meters of range. The public transportation could not be better. A direct bus line to the main train station, subway to the Kudamm and an S-Bahn ring are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

And that is not all. If you walk 200 meters you will get to a nice park (Postpark), where you can chill, have a walk or do jogging. The river, the Tiergarten, and Schloss Bellevue are all in 15 minutes walking distance.
