Dear all,
I am leaving Berlin for a couple of months, and I would like to rent my apartment.
It is very very central, small, and you have everything you need inside, like a washingmachine, or cooking stuff etc.
It is one room apartment that looks to the courtyard (First Floor), in a nice old building. The room is big, and good furnished. With a big TV, DVD, and the kitchen is also
In Alt-Moabit.
Very central location, with very good public traffic. The kleine Tiergarten is also a very nice park just close to it, as well as the Hansa Ufer.
To go shopping is very easy almost 5 minutes walking and you are there, a lot of supermarkts, and a lot of other shops.
A lot of restaurants, and possibilities to spend a nice time.
Although its very central, the apartment is in a courtyard, therefore it is totally calm.
Please note the following,
The apartment is for one persone, or a couple, otherwise it would be too small.
There is no Internet. MY last Bill was huge therefore I have cancelled it. You can just buy a small stick for 20 Euros per month and you have all what you want.
The duration is flexible, if it is needed till mid October or further, we can discuss it later.
