The apartment is located between the subway stations Rosenthaler Platz and Bernauer Strasse. And between two beautiful parks: Weinbergspark and the famous Mauerpark with it's world famous sunday fleemarket and open air karaoke (mostly in summer :) ).

The property is in the 5ften floor (without elevator) and it's SO worth it. The living room is 30sqm and has 3 double French windows a 2.20 m as much as the kitchen and the bedrooms have French windows as well. Once at the top you are rewarded with a breathtaking view - independently out of which window you decide to look. On the right side you can see the Potsdamer Platz, on the left the Arkonaplatz and you have a direct view of the TV tower!! BEAUTIFULLY

The location is the best location in Berlin. Leaving the apartment, you have the following options: left historical things: the next street is the former border between East and West Berlin. When you walk to the right and passes the Weinbergspark. To the left you will find the Kastanienallee, known for its diverse cafes, restaurants and shopping possibilities. Going straight you will directky get to Hackescher Markt. Here you will find the best shops throughout whole Berlin. You will find yung designers but all the world-known brands as well.
The Torstrasse, which is THE famous street in the east of Berlin is 5/7 min walking distance from that my place.
