Während meines Urlaubes möchte ich meine schöne Wohnung für zwei Wochen (29.07.-12.08.) vermieten.
- 65 m2, zwei Zimmer (wobei im zweiten Zimmer lediglich ein Bücherregal steht), eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und allem, was man so braucht, ein kleines, aber feines Bad und ein wunderbarer Balkon mit Abend Sonne und herrlichem Industrieromantikblick in den Wedding.

I would like to sublet my beautiful apartment for two weeks (29,07.-12.08.) during my holidays.
- 65 m2, two rooms (there is just a bookshelf in the second room), a kitchen with a washing machine and everything else you need, a small but nice bathroom and a wonderful balcony with a very special view to Wedding.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Moabit (Mitte), an der Grenze zum Wedding - mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind es nur 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 12 min zur Friedrichstraße und 18 min zum Rosenthaler Platz / Weinmeisterstraße.
Zum Einkaufen gibt einen Lidl (1 min), Kaisers, Aldi (5 min), einen Bioladen (10 min) und diverse Gemüseläden.
Ansonsten sind der beliebte Sprengelkiez, die Lehrerstraße mit der Kulturfabrik und nette Bars & Restaurants in direkter Nähe.
Auch das schöne Nordufer der Spree ist direkt vor der Tür!

The apartment is located in Moabit (Mitte), on the boundary to Wedding - with public transports only 5 min to central station, 12 min to Friedrichstraße and 18 min to Rosenthalter Platz / Weinmeisterstraße.
For grocery shopping there are Lidl (1 min), Kaisers, Aldi (5 min), an organic shop (10 min) and different small shops.
Moreover you can find the popular Sprengelkiez, the Lehrterstraße with the Kulturfabrik and other nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Also the Spree is almost directly in front of the door!
Seid ihr zwei nette Menschen, ist das auch okay!
