Location
We are renting our flat while we go on vacation from June 7th until July 1st. The flat is across two rooms, with a bedroom and also a big kitchen/living room. The bathroom has a bathtub. Included in the price is the wi fi, washing machine, dishwasher etc. 7th floor with a lift and direct view of TV-tower. You can reach Alexanderplatz or Nikolaiviertel with a 10 minutes walk.
We have a dog, that will come with us on holiday (in case you have allergies).
Because we keep all our things here, we will ask a securtiy deposit of 600 euros which you will of course get back when everything is in order at the end. We are happy to sign a contract about the security deposit. Please note there is NO possibility to extend your stay, its only for 3 weeks, therefore also no anmeldung!
Located direcly at Jannowitzbruecke, there are many supermarkets, U-S Bahn possibilities (the station is very close to the building), also perfect for going to the best clubs.
Supermarket also 20m away, Alexa shopping centre 500m away.
