Hallo,
ich biete eine schöne 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung im 2. OG, Vorderhaus an der Grenze von Mitte zu Prenzlauer Berg an. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, 58 m² groß. Die beiden Zimmer (eins davon ein Durchgangszimmer) gehen zur Vorderseite, die Küche zum Innenhof. Das innenliegende Bad hat eine Wanne.
Die aktuellen Gesamt-Mietkosten liegen bei 770 Euro.
Im Gegenzug suche ich eine vergleichbare Wohnung in Kreuzberg. Diese sollte mind. 55 m² groß sein und max. 900 Euro kosten. Es soll keine Wohnung im EG sein.
Mit dem Umzugstermin bin ich flexibel.
