Apartment
I am renting out my spacious and bright 2-room apartment (1 bedroom) for a limited period from August 20th to September 30th.
The apartment is fully furnished and consist of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, big bedroom and a big bright living room with a balcony. The aparment is suited for couples and it does not function as a WG. It's positioned very centrally: you can reach Alex or the Brandenburger Tor in 20 Minutes on foot. There are many public transport posibilities nearby: S-Bahn S1, S2; U-Bahn U6, U8; Tram M8, M10 and several buses. There is a very big supermarket and many bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and late night shops all within walking distance. Despite being in the centre of everything, the apartment itself is extremely quiet.
I am renting out the apartment for 6 weeks while I am away for work. The rent is 1.050 EUR per month, for August I would take 25 EUR per day extra.

Ich biete meine geräumige, helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für September, evtl. schon ab dem 20. 08. 2018.
Die Wohnung ist mobliert und hat eine Küche mit allen Utensillien und einem Esstisch, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, größes Schlafzimmer und größes helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Am besten ist sie für Paare geeignet (nicht WG geeignet). Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Alex oder Brandenburger Tor kann man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ind der Nähe gibt es eine Menge S- und U-Bahn Stationen und Tramhaltestellen: Nordbahnhof, Rosenthaler Platz, Oranienburger Tor, Naturkundemuseum. Bäckerein, Cafes, Spätis und Restaurants gibt es auch genug. Rewe ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig (Hinterhof, ruhige Nachbarn).
Das Fernsehgerät funktioniert nicht - aber wer guckt schon fern in Berlin :)
Eine Besonderheit ist der Schwimmbad-Blick :) Sehr schön am Abend auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und ins blaue Wasser zu schauen!
Ich vermiete die Wohnung weil ich wegen Arbeit 6 Wochen im Ausland sein werde.
Die Monatsmiete ist 1.050 EUR (inklusive Nebenkosten), für 10 Tage in August würde ich 25 EUR pro Tag extra nehmen.
Besichtigung nach Vereinbarung.
