IMPORTANT: My apartment is ONLY free between 25.12-8.01, aka 2 weeks. You can rent it for the whole period (480 EUR) or per day (45 EUR/day). Minimum rent duration - 5 days.
I am renting out my 70sq m apartment in the heart of Berlin Mitte - Rosenthaler platz, only 30 sec walk to the U bahn station Rosenthaler platz. The flat is fully furnished, super cosy and green (I love plants), has a bedroom and a living room, a big kitchen and unusually large bathroom for Berlin (with a washing machine). The furniture is in a perfect condition and of course there is WiFi in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking.
Location is amazing! There are 4 supermarkets in the neighbourhood, over 70 bars and restaurants within 5 min walk and several Saturday markets.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or singles. Not offered for a WG. Pets are not allowed.
I take great care of my apartment and want to give it only in good hands (eg. be ready to take care of my plants during your stay).
