Beautiful apartment in a historic building in Berlin Mitte, located around the corner (5 min walk) from the great Zionskirchplatz. The apartment is an Altbau, newly renovated retaining the classic wooden floors, antique doors and ceilings. It contains two separate rooms (a bedroom and a living room), a large fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. It is extremely bright and welcoming, completely calm though super central (the bedroom faces the courtyard).

Wegen Rechercheaufenthalt im Ausland, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohnung in toller Lage - in Berli Mitte in der Brunnenstr. - 5 min vom Zionskirchplatz entfernt - fuer 9 Tage im Juli. Ab August wieder für ein paar Monate.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem saniertem Altbau im 1. Stockwerk. Sie besteht aus einem großzügigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur großen Küche. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Holzdielenboden, restaurierte Stuckelemente an der Decke und ist komplett möbliert (da ich sie nur zur Zwischenmiete untervermiete). Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug erst vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert.
Perfekt geeignet für eine oder zwei Personen (bitte keine Anfragen für größere Familien!). und keine Tiere.
Trotz ihrer super zentralen Lage ist sie absolut ruhig.
The whole neighborhood is truly beautiful and calm and has many of Berlin’s greatest restaurants. Wide range of supermarkts, a farmers’ market at Arkonaplatz, bars, cafés etc. It is easy to discover most of Berlin’s downtown places within walking distance: 20 min walk to the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, to the StaBi UdL and to Museumsinsel. Moreover, there is a tram station (Tram 12, 8, 1) next door as well as a subway station 5 min away (U8 - Rosenthaler pl.; S1, S2, S25 - Nordbahnhof).

Meine Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral in Berlins Mitte. Zionskirchplatz, Torstraße sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte (Rewe, Bio-Markt) und zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden über die U8-Station Rosenthalerpl und die S-Bahnstation Nordbahnhof sowie die Tramlinie M12 direkt vor der Türe.
I am post-doctoral researcher and I sublet my flat when I am abroad for research myself. Thus it is absolutely important for me that the person who rents it, takes a good care of my flat.

Ich bin PostDoc und werde in dieser Zeit zwecks Auslandsaufenthalt nicht in Berlin sein. Mir ist aber sehr wichtig, dass die Person, die die Wohnung für diese kurze Zeit übernimmt, gut mit der Wohnung umgeht, weil ich im November wieder selbst einziehen werde.
