The apartment is located on Chausseestraße, just north of Friedrichstraße, between the Museum of Modern Art and the Wall Museum. The nearest UBahn stations are Schwarzkopfstraße (U6) and Naturkundemuseum (U6) both a two minute walk from the apartment. There is also a tram stop 2 minutes away with direct connection to the central station (10 min ride).
There are numerous shops on the street and within a few minutes walk, DM, Edeka, Bio Company, Alnatura, a pharmacy and two coffee shops right in front of the apartment.
There is a staircase and elevator access but there are 8 steps leading to the elevator so it's not a completely step free access.
All utilities, internet and any extra costs are all included in the rent.
