Hey everyone,
We are looking for a roomie for an floor (3 rooms) in our townhouse with own garden and rooftop in a green oasis in the middle of Berlin. House is brand new, huge shared garden, small own garden for BBQs, gardening etc. House has 3 floors plus rooftop with 3 bathrooms.
You would get your own floor with furnished room, dressing room, own bath and sport/guest room (latter is shared). The furnished room has a bed, wardrobe, table, etc., the dressing room a large closet. The ground floor with the large living room and kitchen is shared.
We are an easy going, open minded german/english speaking couple who love to cook, garden and enjoy our time. We like to have our privacy (on our own floor) but also love to cook together or hangout.

In the center of Mitte you get anywhere quickly. Backyard is an oasis and super quite. You can only hear the birds.
