- Badezimmer ist ganz sympathisch ausgestattet.
Beide Zimmer sind getrennt eintrittbar, also man könnte die Wohnung als WG betrachten.

Both rooms can be entered separately, so you could consider the apartment as a shared apartment.
Zentral gelegen in Mitte, fußläufig zum Nordbahnhof und Beachmitte.
Trotz der zentralen Lage, die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Straßenseite und demzufolge übersieht Grün über zwei Seiten. Die Wohnung ist dennoch ruhig und außerdem sehr hell.
Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, befindet sich in 2 Minuten Laufweite. Auch Edeka und DM!
Restaurants und Cafés in sehr großem Angebot natürlich auch.
