Die Ausstattung
Die Wohnung hat drei helle und großzügige Räume. Das Arbeitszimmer bietet durch die voll verglaste Front einen freien Blick über die Gegend und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre. Dies ist auch als weiteres Schlafzimmer, z.B. für eine WG, benutzbar. Ein sehr bequemes Schlafsofa (160x200cm) ist bereits vorhanden und kann gut als normales Bett benutzt werden. Im Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Tisch ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche, mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Standmixer, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd und Backofen, sowie vielen weiteren Küchenutensilien, integriert. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnbereich ein großes Ecksofa und einen Fernseher.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen geräumigen Schrank und ein sehr bequemes Kingsize-Bett (210cm x 180cm) inklusive Bettwäsche. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass kein Haus direkt gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer steht.
Das moderne Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und separater Dusche sowie einem großen Spiegel ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es einen AEG-Waschtrockner. Für das Waschen der Wäsche stehen außerdem ein Wäscheständer sowie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett zur Verfügung.

Im großen Flur gibt es genügend Platz für Schuhe und Jacken.

This tastefully furnished apartment is perfectly located directly in the centre of Berlin. The central station is only a 10 minutes walk along the canal, subway and bus as well as shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment on the third floor impresses with its tasteful and high-quality furnishings, the bright and spacious rooms and the beautiful balcony (with gas grill).

The facilities
The apartment has three bright and spacious rooms. The study has a fully glazed front and offers a nice view over the area and a pleasant working atmosphere. It can also be used as a second bedroom, e.g., for a shared flat. The room already has a comfi sleeping-couch (160x200cm) that can well be used as a bed. In the living and dining area is a large table and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, kettle, blender, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove and oven, and many other kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a large corner sofa and a television in the living area.
The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a very comfortable king-size bed (210cm x 180cm) including bed linen. Another advantage is that there is no house directly opposite the bedroom.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower as well as a large mirror. There is also a AEG washing/dryer machine, a drying rack as well as an iron and ironing board for washing laundry.
In the large hall there is enough space for shoes and jackets.
On the balcony there is a gas grill available for use, as well as various seating and dining furniture.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the locked backyard on fixed bicycle racks or in the bicycle room.
