Ich biete meine liebevolle Wohnung in Berlin Mitte zur Zwischenmiete an. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie sehr hell (selbst wenn die Sonne nicht scheint) und durch die gemütliche Inneneinrichtung wird sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlen.
In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man so braucht: Einbauküche, Spülmachine, Waschmachine, Mikrowelle, Sandwich-Maker, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Smart-TV mit Netflix und PS4, Staubsauger, kleiner Haartrockner. Es gibt einen Couch der sich schnell zu einem Doppelbett verwandelt und eine Matratze 160x200cm.

I am offering my lovely apartment in Berlin Mitte for subrental. Due to the big windows the apt is very bright (even when the sun is not shining) and due to the cosy decoration it is going to give you a homey feeling. The apartment has everything you would need: Kitchen with oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwaves, toaster, kettle, fridge, smart TV with PS4, hoover and hairdryer. There is a couch that becomes a bed in no time and a big mattress (160x200cm).
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 7min von der U- und S-Bahn Station Jannowitzbrücke (U8) und 4min von der U-Station Strausberger Platz (U5) entfernt. Es gibt auch verschieden Busmöglichkeiten und der Ostbahnhof ist zum Regio auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Edeka und Netto zum Einkaufen sind in 4min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is centrally located, about 7 mins on foot to the U and SBahn station of Jannowitzbrücke (U8) and 4 mins to the UBahn station Strausberger Platz (U5). There are also bus stops around and the Ostbahnhof is also accessible on foot if you have to use the regional trains.
Edeka and Netto supermarkets are 4 minutes away on foot.
