Gemütliche Dachwohnung im Herzen Berlins über Ostern zu vermieten

Meine Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus 2.Stock eines sehr alten Hauses und ist damit schon unterm Dach. Sie ist gut isoliert und hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf einen kleinen Platz. Ich habe eine große Wohnküche, in die morgens die Sonne reinscheint, ein kleines Bad mit Wanne, ein großes Wohnzimmer und drei kleinere Zimmer. Zwei davon sind Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), eins ist mein Arbeitszimmer. Meine Wohnung ist vollausgestattet mit allen möglichen Küchenutensilien (ich koche und backe gerne!) und natürlich Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Smart TV und schnelles Internet. S-Bahn, Tram und U-Bahn sind allesamt sehr nah, genauso wie alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

My apartment is in the front building on the 2nd floor of a very old house and is therefore already under the roof. It is well insulated and has a very nice view of a small square. I have a large kitchen-living room, which gets sunlight in the morning, a small bathroom with a bathtub, a large living room and three smaller rooms. Two of them are bedrooms with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and one is my study. My apartment is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils (I love to cook and bake!) and of course a washing machine and dishwasher, Smart TV and fast internet. The S-Bahn, tram and U-Bahn are all very close, as are all kinds of sights.
