The flat is rented furnished (all furnitures + wifi etc). This does NOT include food nor utilities products.
The price indicated is for 1 month rental and will be adjusted according to the length of stay.
RENTAL IS FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH, available as of January 31st. Visits can be arranged until then.
The "sonstige" Kosten are for the cleaning ladies: once every 2 weeks, each time 50eur. This amount is not negotiable.
