Flat available from the 13rd of February (or 1 day before) till begining of May, this can be flexible.
I also have 2 very cuddly cats and of course I'm covering every expense for them. It's 2 sisters, very playful and affectionate. They are used to seeing people and like to get lots of cuddles but are also sleeping for hours. My neigbord can also take care of them if you are away, this can be discussed.
The flat is fully furnished: one nice living room with a couch-bed, one separate bedroom, TV, bathtub and a kitchenwith all utilities including a dishwasher.
There is also a separate small room with a washing machine.
The area is very quiet but close to many restaurants and bars. You can't hear the traffic or neighbors.
The U8 is just a few minutes away, with many other trams connexion (M8, M10, M12).
Big Rewe 2 min away (invalidenstrasse).
The monthly rent is 1200€ with everything included (rent, gaz, electricity and internet), which means 685€ for Feb /from the 13th till 28th) + 1200€ per month in march and april.
