Hallo,
meine Wohnung in Moabit steht urlaubsbedingt von nun an bis Anfang Oktober frei. Der Preis beträgt fest 900€ pro Monat, das bedeutet für August und Oktober würde die Miete anteilig berechnet werden. In der Zweizimmerwohnung können ein bis zwei Personen unterkommen. Es ist alles vollständig eingerichtet und es gibt ausreichend Platz im Kleiderschrank! Außerdem gibts einige schöne Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon, die sich freuen würden in der Zeit gegossen zu werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Moabit direkt am U-Bahnhof Birkenstraße. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind um die Ecke, der Plötzensee, das Spreeufer und das Nordufer sind jeweils fußläufig gut erreichbar.
In der netten Wohngegend gibt es viele kleine Restaurants, Kneipen und Bars.

ich benötige keinerlei Unterlagen, außer dann ein Foto vom Personalausweis und die Kaution wenn es dann zur letztendlichen Schlüsselübergabe kommt.
