Hallo, ich bin einen Monat nicht in Berlin und vermiete daher meine Wohnung. Sie ist am besten für Paare geeignet oder für Einzelpersonen, als WG eher nicht, da nicht alle Möbel (z. B. Bett) doppelt vorhanden sind. Es wäre nett, wenn sich die untermietende(n) Person(en) um die Blumen/ Pflanzen kümmern würde!
Um die Ecke gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, gute Bus- und S-Bahnverbindungen...
Bei Interesse rufe mich an oder schreibe mir eine E-Mail mit kurzen Angaben zu deiner Person und so weiter – ich melde mich dann!
I won't be in Berlin for one month and would like to sublet my apartment. It is best suitable for a couple or for one person, not as a WG, since not all of the furniture exists twice (e. g. a bed). It would be nice if the subletter(s) could take care of the plants while I'm away!
Around the corner there are many shops, restaurants, good bus and S-Bahn connections...
