Suchen ab dem 01.09.16 einen Nachmieter für eine schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung in Moabit.
Es ist ein schöner Altbau mit Dielenboden und hohen Decken. Die Wohnung ist auch WG tauglich, allerdings sind die Zimmergrößen ungleich verteilt, ein Zimmer hat 29, 39 qm und das Andere hat 8,78qm. Somit würde sie sich eher für Pärchen eignen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel, somit bekommt man nicht zuviel von dem Lärm der Turmstr mit. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten den alle mitnutzen können.
Vehkersanbindungen sind 5-7 min. zu fuß (U-Bahn Turmstr 5 min. und s-Bahn beusselstr. 7 min) und Einkausmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Küche würde in der Wohnung bleiben und bei Interesse drei Komoden.
