Die sehr geräumige und helle Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre des Hinterhauses.Da der Hof sehr gross ist, ist die Wohnung nicht dunkel und die Sonne scheint herein. Im Sommer kann man bequem mit einem Stuhl draussen sitzen . Der Dielenboden ist abgezogen und geölt . Ebenso die Türen . Die Küche ist recht neu
Durch einen Wandeinbau ist das grosse Doppelbett von der übrigen Wohnung etwas separiert, sodass man en Eindruck einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung hat. :-)
Die Wohnung ist mit sehr hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Fritz -Schloss Park und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 min. zu Fuss .Zur U- Bahn Station Birkenstr. sind es 10 min. Fussweg . Zum Bus M27 und Zur Linie 123 sind es 2 min. Fussweg .Zum Bus 187 sind es 10 min. zu Fuss.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und selbstverständlich wird schnelles Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist klein , verfügt aber über eine grosse Kühl-Gefrier Kombination. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet zum Kochen.
Die Wohnung ist auch mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen separaten Fahrradkeller und einen kleinen Keller für abzustellende Gegenstände , die in der Wohnung stören.
