Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 OG eines Berliner Altbaus mit Blick auf die Speneserstraße und ins Grüne. Ich vermiete für den Zeitraum das geräumige 25 qm2 große Wohnzimmer, mit Sofa, Hängematte und Essbereich und Zugang zu dem sehr geplegten Balkon. GEsellschaftsspiele, Cds und Bücher können gerne in der Wohnung genutzt werden. Vom Wohnzimmer geht ebenfalls das Schlafzimmer ab, dass ein großes 180x200 Bett mit hochwertiger Matze und einen Kleiderschrank bietet, der bei Bedarf genutzt werden kann. Das Bad gleicht einer Oase, mit Badewanne und Duschfunktion und einer Waschmaschine. In der Küche befindet sich ein kleinerer Essbereich, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Gasherd und Elektrobackofen und allen denkbaren Utensilien und Geschirr.
Ich begrüße gerne Paare, Geschäftsreisende, Alleinreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
Absprachen zur Anreise und Dauer des Aufenthalts können individuell vereinbart werden. Wir werden selbst die Übergabe am 05.08. machen, bei Bedarf kann eine Anreise auch schon einen Tag vorher geschehen (dann sind wir noch in der Whg). Bettwäsche kann für 10 Euro gestellt werden. Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderreisebett sind ebenfalls nutzbar. Handtücher bitte selbst mitbringen.

English Version
The appartment ist 65 sqm and has 2 rooms (the other rooms are not for rentbut you have the flat for yourself), located on the third floor (no lift), fully furnished, renovated, suitable for a couple, a family, in a Berlin Altbau.
The bedroom offers a large double bed (180x200) with a very comfortable mattress, reading lamps and a wardrobe. A childs bed can be offerd. Double layered curtains are in the room. For 10 Euro extra bed line are placed. Please bring your own towels.
The spacious 25 sqm Living room has a Sofa, coffee table and a large carpet, reading lamps and a hammock. plus a dining table with 4 chairs (more chairs are in the kitchen). Books (mosty german ones), games and a lot of cds can be used.
The Balcony is nice, sunny in the mornig till noon and has an umbrella and a chill area
The Bathroom has a full bathtub, showering is possible and a wahsing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with complete kitchenware, gas stove, oven, family size fridge, and a second table. The flat is completly yours from the 6th of August till the 19th of August. If you like you can come from the 4th of August and we will stay in another room.
