Hallo, wir suchen Zwischenmieter während unseres Auslandsaufenthalts. Unsere Wohnung steht vom voraussichtlich 1. Juni bis 1. September 2021 zur Verfügung.
Sie befindet sich in Berlin Moabit (Bezirk Mitte) und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (U9 Birkenstr. und Ringbahn Westhafen sind fußläufig zu erreichen).
Wir bieten eine voll möblierte, helle 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung (1.OG Belle Etage) mit Südausrichtung und Balkon. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, hat ein Wannenbad und eine extra Gästetoilette. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und allem, was man zum Leben braucht.
Internet und Kabelfernsehen sind inklusive. Evtl. kommt auch eine WG in Frage, da ein zweiter Schlafplatz vorhanden ist.
Wir suchen:
Ein sauberes/ruhiges Paar/WG oder auch eine Einzelperson, die für die 3 Monate (auch kürzer möglich) in unserer Wohnung leben möchte.
Miete inkl. aller Nebenkosten: 1.400 € pro Monat
Kaution: 600 €
