Das Wohzimmer hat einen Balkon nach Osten mit Blick auf eine verkehrsberuhigte Seitenstraße mitten im Moabiter Kiez, eine große, neuausgestattete Küche, ein Arbeitszimmer,ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Einbau Kleiderschrank und einem großen Balkon nach Westen.
Im Kiez gibt es eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten, Cafes und Restaurants, auch Bus und UBahn sind in Laufnähe.
Die Räume sind weitläufig und sehr hell durch die vielen großen Fenster in jedem Zimmer und umgeben von alten Bäumen, da sie direkt an einem kleinen Park liegen. Es gibt zwei Balkone und eine neue Küche.

The apartment is very conveniently located in Moabit, between Mitte and Charlottenburg, it only takes 15 minutes to get to Berlin central train station as well as Tegel Airport. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby including organic supermarkets, Turkish supermarkets, several independent cafes with speciality coffee, an indoor Market hall with grocery sellers as well as Peruvian, Italian, Vietnamese, Austrian and other restaurants. It is very close to the river Spree which is great for nice walks that take you to the Tiergarten, Berlin most central park if you walk east or to Charlottenburg Palace if you walk west. It is a mixed and lively neighbourhood, our street is off the main road, with little traffic.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Mitte/Charlottenburg im Moabiter Kiez. Sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof, als auch zum Flughafen Tegel sind es jeweils nur 15min.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind zahlreich und vielseitig, es gibt viele türkische Läden, kleine Cafes und Kneipen und eine Markthalle, die sowohl Lebensmittel als auch verschiedenste Restaurants bietet,von peruanisch über österreichisch bis hin zu vietnamesisch.
Die Spree ist ganz in der Nähe und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein, die zum Tiergarten nach Osten führen oder zum Schloss Charlottenburg nach Westen.
Unser Kiez ist vielfältig und sehr lebendig, unsere Straße ist sehr grün und verkehrsarm.
