mein Partner und ich suchen eine kleinere Wohnung.
Hier ein paar Fakten zu unserem Zuhause:

- Hinterhaus, 1. OG
- Zwei Zimmer + große Wohnküche auf knapp 60 qm in der Oldenburger str. 29, Moabit
- Renoviertes Badezimmer mit Dusche
- Birkenstr. (U9) 5 Min und Ring (Westhafen) 10 Min Fußweg entfernt
- Supermärkte und Spätis ebenfalls nur 5 Min entfernt, Turmstraße ist die Straße runter und damit viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
- Miete wären 655€, Kaution 1650,00€
- Eigenes Kellerabteil und Einbauküche
- Flexibles Einzugsdatum
Wir suchen:
Wir wünschen uns eine helle Altbauwohnung mit Dielen/Holzboden innerhalb des Rings. Miete sollte max. 500€ sein. Einbauküche wäre super, ansonsten sind wir für alles offen. Gerne könnt ihr einen Link mit Wohnungsbildern mitschicken.
