We rent our 3-room duplex apartment in Berlin-Mitte near the Spree river!
Period: from June 21 to July 17, 2019 (26 days)
With fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, linings, towels and everything you need to live.
1st Floor:
A big living room with a eat-in kitchen, wooden floors, big couch, balcony aso.
1 guest room with two working desks and a guest sleeping couch (and two child´s working desks ;)
1 toilet
2nd Floor:
1 double bed bedroom (2x2m) with a balcony
1 bathroom with a bathtub
1 guest or child´s room with a big bunk bed (2,50x2,50m) and two mattresses
Its located at the Westfälisches Viertel at the Spree river, near the big green Tiergarten-Park.
There are nice Cafés and a lots of green places around.
You can walk to S-Bahn Tiergarten in 10 min. or the famous Kurfürstendamm in 15 min, which is a famous shopping street with cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries.

Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit am Westfälischen Viertel an der Spree, gegenüber Hansaviertel und Tiergarten, in der Nähe des großen Tiergarten-Parks.
Es gibt viele schöne Cafés und grüne Plätze in der Umgebung.
Zum Bus läuft man 5 Min., zum S-Bahn Tiergarten sind es 10 Min. oder zum Kurfürstendamm läuft man nur 15 Minuten (Berlins bekannteste Einkaufsstraße mit Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäften und Galerien).
Unsere Wohnung möchten wir gerne an jemanden vermieten, den wir vorher sprechen oder vllt. sogar treffen könnten, um die Details zu besprechen.
Keine Partys erlaubt, da es ein ruhiges Haus ist.
Fahrräder kann ich anbieten.
