Wir vermieten ein Zimmer unserer 3 Zimmerwohnung für den befristeten Zeitraum. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80 qm², aufgeteilt in 2 WG-Zimmer, das freie Zimmer ist etwa 16qm² groß und es gibt dazu ein großes gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und einen großen Balkon zur Südseite. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, sodass man einen guten Ausblick hat und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang sieht.
Die Wohnung und das zu vermietende Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und eingerichtet, für deine Sachen gibt's natürlich genug Platz.

Temporary flat share from April 01 - June 15, 2024
We are renting out a room in our 3-room apartment for a limited period. The apartment has a total of 80 square meters, divided into 2 shared rooms (the free room is about 16 square meters) and there is also a large shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony south facing. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so it's super bright and you can actually see the sunset every evening.
The apartment and the room for rent are fully furnished and equipped, of course there is enough space for your things as well.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen U Turmstr. und U Birkenstr. Beides etwa 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. An der Birkenstr. gibt süße Cafés, nette Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt vor der Tür. An der Turmstr. gibts dann richtig guten Falafel und sonst auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine super Markthalle und wirklich der besten Bäcker ist auch schnell zu erreichen.
The apartment is located between U Turmstr. and U Birkenstr., both about a 5-7 minute walk away. At Birkenstr., you'll find charming cafes, nice bars, and shopping opportunities right at your doorstep. On Turmstr., you can enjoy excellent falafel and pretty much everything your heart desires. A fantastic market hall and the best bakery are also quickly accessible
Schreib mir gern eine Mail, wenn du dich für die Wohnung interessierst. Solltest du noch nicht in Berlin sein, könnten wir auch skypen und du kannst dir so einen Eindruck von der Wohnung machen. Ansonsten wäre es am besten abends für eine Besichtigung vorbei zu kommen. Aber schlag einfach gern was vor wie es dir am besten passt!
