Vermiete meine gemütliche 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Moabit kurzfristig für 5 Monate, da ich ein Jobangebot im Ausland bekommen habe. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und im Seitenflügel eines größeren Innenhofes. Sie hat eine große Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer.
Subletting my cosy 2,5-room apartment for 5 months, due to a job offer outside the country. The apartment is bright, quiet and on a wing, facing a big courtyard. Apartment has a big kitchen/living room, a bed room and an office room.
U-Bhf. Birkenstraße und S-Bhf. Westhafen sind ca. 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Bei einem kleineren Spaziergang ist der Berliner Hauptbahnhof auch nicht weit. Ein Edeka-Center, Lidl, Penny und Spätkauf sind in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Zoologische Garten, Leopoldplatz und die Turmstraße auch ein Katzensprung.
Nicht-überlaufene Bars und Kneipen sind zahlreich um die Ecke. Ideal für Sportaktivitäten ist der Fritz-Schloß Park mit dem Wabali Spa.
U-Bhf. Birkenstraße and S-Bhf. Westhafen are in a 15 min. walking distance. A little bit more and you'll reach the Berlin Central Station. A big Edeka, Lidl, Penny and a Spätkauf are a 10 min. walk away. You can reach with a bicycle the Zoologischer Garten, Leopoldplatz and Turmstraße pretty quick. Decent bars are around the corner. Not to forget about the huge Fritz-Schloß-Park, ideally for sports and a spa like the Wabali.
Wegen der kurzen Mietdauer ist leider keine Anmeldung möglich. Wohnung ist leider auch nicht WG-geeignet, suche hauptsächlich nach Pärchen oder Singles als Untermieter.
Due to the short-term-sublet a registration is not possible. Also the apartment isn't suitable for a shared-apartment, I'm primarily looking for couples or singles.
