The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished and is perfect for someone who, for example, is moving to Berlin for work and has to look for an apartment and wants to settle in first. No shared apartment!

Great house community, great neighborhood, great cafes/bars and easy access to the rest of the Ring.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the inner courtyard.
I actually live here with a cat (he's temporarily with the neighbor), so it's not suitable for people who are allergic to cat hair.
