Bright and airy two room flat, with balcony, in Neukölln

Greetings people of the world,

This beautiful two room flat in a great location in Neukölln is currently available for a medium term, for a responsible person, couple, or others who are open to be a little flexible with our arrangement.

I have enjoyed a lovely few years in Berlin in this neighbourhood, but currently find myself abroad with a recent change of plans to stay a little longer than expected.

We have the contract for this flat until July 1, 2023, and I will most likely remain abroad for most of the duration of this time. For this reason, I would be happy for someone who is in need of a nest in Berlin during this time period to care for this cozy home while I am away.


Here are a few considerations:

— I plan to be there for around a week in early May. Because I will be moving out of the flat in the last days of June, a little flexibility at that time is also preferred.

— You will have the flat to yourself for the majority of the stay, and for the few days I am there I will be happy to stay in the smaller of the two rooms and give you lots of room to continue to enjoy the full space during the day, as the balcony is connected to the smaller room. I can also offer an offset of costs for the days in which the space will be shared.

The price includes Warmmiete for the entire apartment plus insurance, internet, and everyday supplies including a stocked pantry with condiments and household amenities.

I cannot offer Anmeldung with this short term stay, but I hope this opportunity will be a great fit for someone.
