The apartment is a spacious, welcoming, good-vibe, bohemian altbau, on the ground floor of a quiet street in Rixdorf Neukölln. Perfect for families, a couple, or a few friends. Ideal for a short stay in Berlin or temporary accommodation.

It's 104qm, there are two big sleeping rooms/ living rooms, one fully equipped kitchen+ living room area, and two other smaller rooms- my studio and my child’s room. There are two bathrooms, and a shower (no bathtub). The apartment is fully furnished, equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge, internet. I will leave for you bed linen and towels.
In one of the sleeping rooms (see pictures) there is a blue sofa which can become a very comfortable double bed (I will arrange it according to your needs).

The neighbors are very very nice, and it's 3 min away from lovely Richardplatz and from S/U Bahn Neukölln with good train connections. 

The price per day is 150€, but if you rent the whole period I am open to negotiate the price for the whole period.
If you're interested in renting only one room, the price will change of course.
