This is a spontaneous call, because I found people who will sublet the place, just not for the whole time period I am away.
I'm renting out my bright and cozy apartment in Neukölln for 1 week.
The rent is 300 Euros all included with a deposit of 400 Euros.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and has lots of plants. I'm looking for one or two people who feel comfortable taking care of the plants.
The location is in the heart of Neukölln, between Hermannstraße and Karl-Marx-Straße, in a quiet side road. U-Bahn Station Leinestraße is a 4 min walk away, S-Bahn Hermannstraße 7 min.
The house is located between the two parks Körnerpark and Thomashöhe and you can walk to Tempelhofer Feld in 5 min. Lots of cafes and restaurants are just around the corner.
