The bright and sunny apartment is equipped with selected furniture and is located in a popular and lively neighborhood of Neukölln. Walking distance is the Tempelhofer Feld + other parks. Restaurants, supermarkets U- and S-Banh are reachable in a few minutes.

In the living room, a long dining table provides enough space for a quiet meal, reading or sitting together. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove + oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, sodastream, espresso/café maker, kettle, dishes and pots/pans, spices etc is available.
In the bedroom is a large double bed (160x200) and a fantastic view into the trees. Fresh bed linen I provide.
On the balcony you can relax and drink a coffee or read a book.
Die Nachbarschaft
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Karl-Marx- und Boddinstraße.
Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte, die zum gemütlichen schlendern einladen.
Dort lassen sich auch Lebensmittel einkaufen (Biomarkt, REWE, Kaufland, LIDL sowie türkischen Supermärkte).
Jeden Mittwoch und Samstag vormittag gibt es einen kleinen Markt direkt an dem nahe gelegenen Herrfurthplatz, mit Blick auf das Tempelhofer Feld. Auch am Karl-Marx-Platz ist ein Markt - auf dem Weg dorthin kommt ihr an einer fast dörflich wirkenden Gegend vorbei, dem Stadtteil Rixdorf, und dem dort zentralen Richardplatz.
Fahrräder können in der Nähe geliehen werden, mit denen sich die ganze Stadt erkunden lässt. Die Comeniusgärten am Richardplatz, der Körnerpark mit einer kleinen Galerie, der Landwehrkanal und die Nachbarbezirke lassen sich so noch schneller erreichen und erkunden.
Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick etwas abseits der großen Stadt und kann bei gutem Wetter den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Picknick genießen.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in a quiet side street between Karl-Marx- and Boddinstraße.
A few minutes walk away there are numerous cafes, restaurants and small stores that invite you to stroll comfortably.
There you can also buy groceries (organic market, REWE, Kaufland, LIDL and Turkish supermarkets).
Every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is a small market directly at the nearby Herrfurthplatz, with a view of the Tempelhofer Feld. There's also a market at Karl-Marx-Platz - on the way there you'll pass an almost village-like area, the Rixdorf district, and Richardplatz, which is central there.
Bicycles can be rented nearby, which can be used to explore the whole city. The Comenius Gardens at Richardplatz, the Körner Park with a small gallery, the Landwehr Canal and the neighboring districts can be reached and explored even faster.
On the Tempelhofer Feld you have a fantastic view a bit away from the big city and in good weather you can enjoy the sunset with a picnic.
Verkehrsmittel
Von hier aus habt ihr eine sehr gute U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Busanbindung (Rathaus Neukölln U7, Boddinstraße U8, S Hermannstraße/ S Neukölln verschiedene S-Bahnen). Die Parksituation ist mäßig, Parkgebühren gibt es keine.
Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Transportation
From here you have very good subway, S-Bahn and bus connections (Rathaus Neukölln U7, Boddinstraße U8, S Hermannstraße/ S Neukölln various S-Bahn). The parking situation is moderate, there are no parking fees.
The apartment can be reached very well and quickly by public transport.
P.S.: The period is flexible by a few days (after consultation, if necessary the price will then be adjusted).
