Hi, I’m looking for a trustworthy person to sublet my lively apartment while I’m on my summer vacation :) The flat has all amenities you can think of. It’s big enough for a couple or a single person. There’s a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a living room with a Kitchenette. Theres a spacious bathroom with a shower and a tub. There’s also a balcony with tomatoes that can be enjoyed of you water them :)
The flat is located in Rixdorf, a trendy part of Neukölln with many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The s-Bahn Sonnenallee is just 3 minutes away. There’s plenty of supermarkets nearby. You can borrow my cycle if you want to cruise around town.
The flat is my baby, so it’s important for me to find someone who will take good care of it while I’m gone. The dates are flexible, if you want to stay longer or shorter, it can be arranged. I can give you a discount if you can’t stay the whole period, but I’d prefer to sublet for the entire 3 weeks.
