Cozy and Bright Boho Design Appartement Neukölln

I'm renting my loevly decorated, spacious and bright (south side) 2 room appartement with balcony for 5 months, from May until 1st September.

My appartement is perfectly located, in X-Kölln, the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, close to all lively great areas but also the chill nature places. You only live 5min by feet to Hasenheide park and 10 min to Tempelhofer Feld and Schillerkiez. Connection by official transport is perfect as there are 3 stations close by: Boddinstraße (3min) U8 which connects you perfectly with Mitte, Rathaus Neukölln (U7) and U Hermannplatz is only 8 min by feet.
In my appartement you can relax after days of exploring the city. High ceilings, stucco elements, painted wooden floor, lots of plants, warm atmosphere. It's a bohemian place in an old builiding-not perfectly renovated but unique, cozy, green and very charming. The kitchen with the balcony has a small eating table and is equipped with essential gadgets-blender, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, fridge etc. I do not own a dishwasher ;)

I'm looking for a very responsible and attentive woman or couple to take care of my flat while I'm away, no party people please. Iit's really imortant for me that you take good care of my furniture as I bought lots of things just new.

I hand out a limited short term contract to you, as a safety for both of us. Payment is needed in advance for first 2 months including the caution fee which you will immediately get back after moving out. You can also write me in German, as I'm native speaker :)
