Sie ist wesentlich größer, eher wird eine 65qm Wohnung.
Die Wohnung soll an 1 (!) Person vermietet werden. Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist möglich. Die 65qm sind grob überschlagen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neukölln, zentral zur U7 und M29. Der Landwehrkanal ist fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Gegen gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
