Me and my roommate are traveling to spend time with family in Brazil and are subletting our gorgeous flat.
Its a 168 sqm split level flat, with one large bedroom + annexed bathroom and shower on the lower floor and one smaller bedroom + large bathroom, shower and bathtub on the upper floor.
The building is very new and the flat is fully equipped. The kitchen has multiple utensils (juicer, blender, airfryer, dishwasher) and is open towards the spacious living room which has a smart tv.
On the mezzanine there is a working desk for home officing if needed. Both rooms have a walk in closet which would be partially freed up for you.
The flat is located right next to the u7 station, although it’s on the busy karlmarxstrasse it’s located in a quiet courtyard which also hosts several artist studios. It’s a green, light and creative environment.
The flat is right next to the u-bahn and s-bahn which makes it very well connected, its a 10 minute bike to maybachufer. There are several supermarkets right around the corner.
We are looking for either a couple or two friends to share, no pets allowed (Im highly allergic).
The courtyard of the house is very cute, its a creative environment and there is a real neighbourly vibe around. My downstairs neighbour just put out her ice cream machine on a very hot day for example and each Friday the artist studios gather in the courtyard to do a little bbq and drinks.
