280 Eur sind pro Woche, / 40 pro Tag. Bevorzugt wird die Wohnung für den gesamten verbleibenden Januar vermietet.
Neu eigerichtete, voll möblierte, gut geschnittene Wohung mit Balkon.
Bad mit Waschmaschiene, offene Küche, voll ausgestattet, erhöhter Esstisch, Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch und Projektor und Suround-Anlage, Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten im Home-Office. Geschlafen wird im 160cm breiten Bett in einem halb abgetrennten Zimmer. Schlafcouch kann auch genutzt werden. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit schönem, hellen Parkett ausgelegt und wird über den Fußboden beheizt.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man so braucht, inkl schnelles Internet. (250 mbit). Es handelt sich um einen Neubau, deshalb sind die Fenster sehr gut schall isoliert und durch die dicken Wände hat man seine Ruhe.

Bathroom with washing machine, open kitchen, fully equipped, raised dining table, living room with comfortable couch and projector, desk for working in home office. Sleeping is in 160cm wide bed in a semi-separated room. Sleeping couch can also be used. The whole apartment is covered with beautiful light parquet and is heated by the floor.
Overall, the apartment is simply but stylishly furnished and has everything you need, including fast internet. (250 mbit). It is a new building, so the windows are very well soundproofed and through the thick walls it's very quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau liegt in der Nähe des schönen Treptower Parks in einer ruhigen Straße.
Dennoch ist man gut gelegen und zentral zwischen die interessantesten Vierteln Berlins: Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Neukölln die alle mit dem Rad nur 5 Minuten Entfernt liegen.
Einkaufsmögkichkeit: 200m weiter liegt direkt ein Rewe & Aldi
Essen und Trinken in der Nähe: MOM’S Creation mit ausgezeichnetem Sush, Masha's Bagels & Delicatessen mit lecker Sandwiches und ein kleiner aber feiner Biergarten der Berliner Berg Brauerei.

Nevertheless, you are well located and centrally located between the most interesting neighborhoods of Berlin: Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Neukölln which are all reachable by

Aldi supermarkets
Eating and drinking nearby: MOM'S Creation with excellent Sush, Masha's Bagels & Delicatessen with delicious sandwiches and a small but nice beer garden of the Berliner Berg brewery.
Bus stop 2 min walk, nearest S-Bahn at Treptower Park 10min with good connections - Ringbahn or to BER.
Auf Grund der neuen Einrichtung und dem neuen Zustand der Wohung insgesamt würde ich auf 200 Eur Kaution bestehen, die nach Inspektion direkt zurücküberwiesen werden.
Allergiehinweis: Ich habe einen Hund, für Allergiker ist die Wohung also leider nicht geeignet. Kann nich garantieren, dass nicht noch ein paar Haare herumfliegen.

Due to the new furnishings and the new condition of the apartment as a whole, I would insist on 200 Eur deposit, which will be returned directly after inspection.
Allergy note: I have a dog, so for allergy sufferers the apartment is unfortunately not suitable. Can guarantee that not a few hairs still floating around.
