The street is lovely with hip coffee shops, a small cinema, vintage shops, the best bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Supermarkets and public transport (several bus lines and metro U7) is around the corner. The Kanal is 5 minutes away for long winter walks. The building is towards the more quiet end of Weserstrasse
It's a quiet house with respectful neighboors
