Herzlich willkommen in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln!
Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt 90 Quadratmeter und besteht aus drei Zimmern, allerdings wird ein Zimmer davon verschlossen bleiben.Unsere Wohnung selbst ist in einem Top-Zustand, da wir kürzlich renoviert haben. Sowohl das geräumige Schlafzimmer als auch das großzügige Wohnzimmer beiten sehr viel Platz ( beide Zimmer jeweils ca. 30qm). Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof liegt. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet, perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und gesellige Abende. Zur Unterhaltung gibt es einen Flachbildfernseher, der mit einer Playstation verbunden ist. Beacht bitte, dass es sich um einen Nichtraucher-Haushalt handelt, jedoch steht ein Balkon direkt am Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung, auf dem Rauchen gestattet ist.
Alle Möbel und technischen Geräte sind in einwandfreiem Zustand und können gerne benutz werden. Des weiteren stehen eine Waschmaschine, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Badewanne und ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Berlin Neukölln!
The apartment covers a total of 90 square meters and consists of three rooms, although one room will remain closed. Our apartment itself is in top condition as we have recently renovated it. Both the spacious bedroom and the spacious living room offer a lot of space (both rooms approx. 30 square meters each). What is particularly noteworthy is that our bedroom faces the quiet backyard. The living room is equipped with a large dining table, perfect for shared meals and social evenings. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV connected to a Playstation. Please note that this is a non-smoking household, but there is a balcony directly off the living room where smoking is permitted.
All furniture and technical equipment are in perfect condition and are welcome to use. A washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub and refrigerator are also available.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der S-Bahn- und U-Bahn-Station Hermannstraße und ist somit super angebunden. Zudem ist dasTempelhofer Feld nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, perfekt für Spaziergänge und Freizeitaktivitäten. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Bras, Kneipen, Supermärtke, Spielplätze und Restaurant. Man hat eine große kulinarische Auswahl
Our apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hermannstrasse S-Bahn and U-Bahn station and is therefore very well connected. In addition, Tempelhofer Feld is only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for walks and leisure activities. There are many bras, pubs, supermarkets, playgrounds and restaurants in the area. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestallten mit einem Gasherd und einem Ofen. Alle Sachen in der Küche können gerne mit Rücksicht benutz werden.
Im Badezimmer lassen wir auch gerne wenn nötig Handtücher dort. Gleiches gilt für das Schlafzimmer, wenn nötig lassen wir gerne eine große Decke und alle nötigen Bezüge vor Ort.Das Bett ist 180x200 cm groß. Die Kleiderschränke/Stangen und Schuhregale werden freigeräumt.
Über die Kaution und Nebenkosten kann man individuel reden.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a gas stove and an oven. All things in the kitchen can be used with consideration.
We also like to leave towels in the bathroom if necessary. The same applies to the bedroom, if necessary we are happy to leave a large blanket and all the necessary covers on site. The bed is 180x200 cm in size. The wardrobes/bars and shoe racks are cleared out.
