The best part about this place is the location: only 5 min walk from Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln. The canal is only 10 minutes walk.
I just moved to this beautiful apartment but I have a hard time linving alone. Also have a hard time living on the ground floor.
Even if it is ground floor it is in the internal courtyard and is therefore very silent and grants privacy.
The building is also only 2 floors so the light comes in as well (as you can see from the pictures)

Would love to swap with someone who wants to move from a bigger place to a place for themselves, or someone who does not mind being on the ground floor having a great super central location.
Only intetested in Prenzlauer Berg, Moabit, Neukolln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain or anywhere that takes less than 20 min to get to a central location and is well connected
