1 x Schlafcouch + alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten
* 890 Euro Warmmiete + 400 Euro Kaution

Dear people: We are renting from January 3rd. - February 8th, 2024 our fully furnished, warm and quiet 2-room apartment. directly on the Weigandufer/canal between Neukölln and Alt-Treptow.
There are:
* 2 rooms / approx. 65 sqm with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom
* Park / canal / sports field in front of the door, great for jogging and cycling etc
* equipped with dishwasher/washing machine, WiFi, 1 x double bed (with baby bed if required),
1 x sofa bed + all important amenities
* 890 euros warm rent + 400 euros deposit
suitable for 1-2 people (with or without children)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön ruhig an einer Fahrradstrasse, mit Blick in den Park, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 200 Metern, Cafés ringsherum. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut: Busse fahren regelmäßig (tagsüber alle 5 min) in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Wohnung liegt zwischen S-Bahn Treptower Park und U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln.
Der Blick geht direkt in den Park und in die Bäume. Unsere Nachbarn allesamt sehr freundlich.

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet location on a bicycle lane, with a view of the park, shops 200 meters away, and cafes all around. Connections to public transport are good: buses run regularly (every 5 minutes during the day) in the immediate vicinity and the apartment is between the Treptower Park S-Bahn and the Neukölln Rathaus subway.
The view goes directly into the park and the trees. Good neighboorhood!
Wir reisen aufgrund unserer Elternzeit ein wenig herum und suchen einen oder zwei zuverlässige Menschen, die gerne unsere Wohnung in der Zeit nutzen möchten.
