Light room with balcony in my 2 rooms apartment in trendy Neukölln -- 3 weeks -- Kielhufer / Treptower Park / Weserstr.

Meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt in Neukölln an der Grenze zu Alt-Treptow unweit des Treptower Parks, fußläufig nahe dem Kiehlufer und der szenigen Weserstraße, die berühmt ist für ihre diversen Künstler-Cafés & Bars, Vintage Shops und kleinen Galerien ist. Die Harzer Straße selbst ist schön ruhig und die Fenster liegen alle zum offenen und sonnigen Hinterhof. Direkt dahinter befindet sich der Nahkauf Supermarkt (2min zu Fuß) am Kanal sowie mehrere Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung (1-7min zu Fuß).

My 2-room apartment is located in Neukölln on the border to Alt-Treptow not far from Treptower Park, within walking distance of the Kiehlufer and the trendy Weserstraße, which is famous for its various artists' cafés & bars, vintage stores and small galleries. Harzer Straße itself is nice and quiet and the windows all face the open and sunny backyard. Directly behind it is the Nahkauf supermarket (2min walk) on the canal as well as several bus stops in the immediate vicinity (1-7min walk).

Was mir wichtig ist:
Ich bin verreist, du bist also allein in der Wohnung. Bitte keine laute Musik, keine Partys, keine heiß diskutierende Gesellschaft nach 22 Uhr. Ebenso ist kein Rauchen in der Wohnung gestattet (nur auf dem Balkon). Bitte verlassen Sie die Wohnung in demselben Zustand, wie Sie sie vorgefunden haben, anderenfalls ziehe ich eine Reinigungspauschale von der Kaution ab.
Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum von 3 Wochen beträgt 325 Euro.
Bei Interesse schicken Sie bitte eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen persönlichen Beschreibung (wer sind Sie, was machen Sie / in Berlin). Ich möchte die Wohnung nur an Personen vermieten, die eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben.

What's important to me:
I am on a business trip, so you would be by yourself. No loud music, no parties, no hotly debating company after 10pm please. Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment (only on the balcony). Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, otherwise I will deduct a cleaning fee from the deposit.
The price for the whole period of 3 weeks is 325 Euros.
