Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, außerdem befindet sich anschließend ein Balkon.
Das Dusch-Bad hat außerdem ein Tageslichtfenster und wurde vor meinem Einzug komplett neu saniert. Der schöne Dielenboden und die hohen Decken verleihen der Wohnung Charme und Gemütlichkeit :)

The shower-bathroom also has a daylight window and was completely refurbished before I moved in. The beautiful floorboards and the high ceilings give the flat charm and cosiness :)

The flat is very well connected and you are within 2 minutes of both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn tracks.
Both the Ringbahn and the S-Bahn to BER airport stop "right" outside the door. The terminus of the U8 underground line, which runs once from north to south, is also on site.
Opposite is a shopping centre with Rewe, Netto, bakery, DM... and allows a short & relaxed way to go shopping.
10 minutes walk to Tempelhofer Feld.
