Hi there :)
I'm subletting my apartment which is located on a quiet street on the border between Neukölln and Kreuzberg, and two minutes walk to the lively walk around the Landwehrkanal. Cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurant and hip bars are all within minutes walk.
The flat is convenient for one person, it's cosy, has a nice balcony, plenty of sun, and is furnished. ---Note: Not suitable for partying.---
On the other hand, there are plants in the apartment and on the balcony, so perhaps they help you relax while you keep them happy if that's something you appreciate :)
The apartment is located in a residential area in the middle of the city, close to the Landwehrkanal, several nice parks are easily accessible, one minutes walk to public transport. If you know how to cycle, I could leave my bike for you to use during your stay. :)
