It is located in a very nice and trendy neighbourhood, close to the beautiful Landwehrkanal, with many shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, galleries and a beautiful cinema around the corner. Twice a week a lively market takes place at Maybachufer where you can find delicious, vegetables, spices, fabrics and so on, and every second sunday you can go on a voyage of discovery on a popular flea market nearby.
In spite of the plenty of activities around the corner, the flat itself is a quiet and cozy home, offering the possibility to feel comfortable and relax.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und angesagten Nachbarschaft, in der Nähe des Landwehrkanals, mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Galerien und einem schönen Kino gleich um die Ecke. Zweimal pro Woche findet ein lebhafter Markt am Maybachufer statt, auf dem Sie Gemüse, Gewürze, Stoffe usw. finden können, und jeden zweiten Sonntag können Sie auf einem beliebten Flohmarkt am Kanal auf Entdeckungsreise gehen.
Trotz der vielen Aktivitäten gleich um die Ecke ist die Wohnung und die Straße sehr ruhig und entspannt.
