Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez

Ich biete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, mit ungefähr 45m2 Wohnfläche, für den Monat April zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich diesen Monat im Ausland verbringen werde. Hierzu suche ich eine saubere, zuverlässige und freundliche Person. Auf Anfrage ist ggf. auch eine Zwischenmiete an ein Paar möglich.

Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG des Hinterhauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad (s. Fotos). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Beamer an der Decke. Die Lage im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft macht sie zu einer sehr ruhigen Wohnung. Die anderen Bewohnerinnern sind alle samt freundlich, umgänglich und rücksichtsvoll. Solltest du das Nachtleben Berlins genießen wollen, dann ist dagegen überhaupt nichts einzuwenden. Meine einzige Bitte wäre, dass auf gewöhnliche Schlafenszeiten Rücksicht nimmst bzw. die Party nicht in die Wohnung verlagerst.

Solltest du zum arbeiten nach Berlin kommen, dann stünde dir mein Arbeitsplatz zuhause zur Verfügung. Die Internetverbindung ist schnell und zuverlässig.

I am offering my cozy 2-room apartment, with about 45m2 living space, for interim rent for the month of April, as I will be spending this month abroad. I am looking for a clean, reliable and friendly person. It may also be possible to rent to a couple on request.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the rear building. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (see photos). There is a video projector on the ceiling in the living room. The location in the house and in the neighborhood makes it a very quiet apartment. The other residents are all friendly, sociable and considerate. If you want to enjoy Berlin's nightlife, there is nothing wrong with that. My only request would be that you take normal sleeping hours into consideration and don't move the party into the apartment.

If you come to Berlin to work, you can use my desk and equipment. The internet connection is fast and reliable.
