Zwischenmiete in Neukölln (Nähe U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln)

Wir bieten eine teilmöblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 25. Februar bis zum 31. März an. Die Miete für diesen Zeitraum sind 600 Euro.

Sie verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von 55 m² und besteht aus zwei Zimmern sowie zusätzlich einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhauses, sodass du hier von der Hektik der Straße nichts mitbekommst.

Weil die Wohnung erst kurz vorher neu bezogen wird, ist sie nur teilmöbliert, aber beinhaltet das Wesentliche, was du für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigst. Ein gemütliches Bett, eine bequeme Couch, ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal stehen dir zur Verfügung. Ansonsten wird sich in der Wohnung voraussichtlich ein E-Piano, ein Fernseher und mehrere Bücherregale befinden. Die Küche umfasst einen Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen und Besteck. Leider haben wir noch kein W-Lan.

We are offering a partially furnished apartment for interim rent from February 25 to March 31. The rent for this period is 600 euros.

It has a living space of 55 m² and consists of two rooms plus a kitchen and a bathroom. It is located on the ground floor of a rear building, so you won't notice the hustle and bustle of the street.

As the apartment will only be newly rented shortly beforehand, it is only partially furnished, but contains the essentials you need for a good stay. A cozy bed, a comfortable couch, a desk and a shelf are available to you. The apartment is also expected to have an electric piano, a TV and several bookshelves. The kitchen includes a fridge, crockery, pots, pans and cutlery. Unfortunately, we do not yet have Wi-Fi.
